     This program provides you with everything in the New You plus supplies you with extra support to help you stay accountable. Jill will help design your personalize program goals and comprehensive health plan. You will receive a weekly motivational one on one coaching call with Jill and don't forget you get the weekly guided walking meditation and a mindful journal exercise too. These components engage your inspirational side to create a positive mindset for lasting change.  This plan will assist in pushing you to the best beautiful you, you can be inside and out.
