My approach is a comprehensive plan to a healthy life. No quick fix here!  just a strong balance of nutrition, exercise, and mental health. You need all elements for lasting results that will change your life and body. The online program has been developed around these three key components. Both programs include a monthly workout plan, you can choose from three levels of intensity. The workouts come in video or PDF with detailed introduction. They also come with a weekly walking meditation and journal exercise.
